Places to visit

2006 was a memorable year for us as we won the Preece Cup, and based on this success we were entered into the 2007 National Finals. As well as this success we look back at the visit of the Editor and Photographer of a leading Russian Gardening Magazine in 2006. Enterprise Russia, based locally, instigated 'Russia in Bloom' as a result of seeing the BBC Gardeners World Film of 2003 in which members of our committee were involved. 'The Presentation Evening'

The winners of our local Sidmouth in Bloom Competition were invited

to a prize giving evening at The Knowle to which was held in October.

Unfortunately due to limitations on numbers, this is restricted to invitation only.

September the 18th was the day when the winners of the S.W. Britain in Bloom competition was announced.

We won Gold and a neighbourhood Award
