Sidmouth is reliant on tourists for its main income, but that does not mean we are only 'In Bloom' in the summer. Though we are known for our Summer displays many of which are designed, planted and maintained by the Parks Department of the East Devon District Council; there are also others planted by 'Sidmouth In Bloom' as well as hundreds of displays, planters and hanging baskets grown by our gardening townsfolk - both summer and winter.All of these displays attract year round visitors. Our Town Council our supports our efforts in various ways.

not only by putting on their own displays, but by generously donating to enable us to buy plant and planters.
Throughout the year there is a backdrop of sustainable colour from flowering trees and shrubs,foliage plants and grasses as well as traditional winter bedding displays. You will find many examples of this in our slide shows.
